A. The agreement
the operator of starfoldatlas.com runs starfoldatlas.com (here called "Starfold", "we" or "us"). By browsing or playing you agree to the rules on this page.
B. Who may play
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom.
C. Credits are pretend
- All games run on Play Credits that we hand out at no charge.
- A Play Credit is not money, not credit and not property, and has no monetary value.
- Play Credits can never be bought, sold, cashed out, passed to another person or swapped for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing on the site is for sale.
- We offer no prize of value. A star pinned to your journal is a bookmark only.
- We can change or reset balances, levels and features whenever we need to.
D. Not a gambling site
We neither provide nor advertise gambling for money, and we do not link to gambling operators.
E. Accounts
- Each person may hold one account, which is not to be shared.
- Guard your password and let us know straight away if someone else gets into your account.
- The delete button on your account page removes the account instantly.
- We can suspend accounts that interfere with the site or that we suspect are used by under-18s.
F. Fair conduct
No bots or scripts against the site, no attempts to disrupt it, no offers to trade credits and no letting minors play.
G. Service and responsibility
We supply Starfold "as is" and may alter it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not exclude any liability that the law says cannot be excluded.
H. Governing law
English and Welsh law applies to these terms.
